Baiserin brewery is the result of our hard work and practice. We hold this cozy family business dear to our heart. Inherited from a traditional spice family, we are familiar with each spice and its properties, and have a network of the top spices.
Authentic handmade
To ensure consistent high quality, every part of our process is carefully hand-crafted from beginning to end. My family would often gather in the winery yard to peel ingredients and crack hazelnuts by hand. It is everyone's attention to quality and detail that allows the brand to deliver the most authentic flavour to their sophisticated customers.
