（Institute of Brewing and Distilling）。
Gin has become a popular spirit in recent years. Although Gin made in Hong Kong has not become famous in the world, it has certainly taken a step that makes drinkers very proud
When I first saw the name "Anonymous", it was really a little strange, but the meaning was Not Important Persons. The name "Anonymous" was to pay tribute to everyone who worked quietly in The city of Hong Kong. At the same time, I encouraged the brand to pay tribute to the Spirit of Hong Kong, which was founded by two unknown people, but also to strive to create a sky.
In addition, the large characters on the wine label are from the Hong Kong production of film imperial calligrapher Hua Ge, no wonder that the anonymous characters are full of domineer.
Lawyer Nicholas Law has a collection of more than 100 gin brands and Jeremy Li, a long-time acquaintance who works as an entrepreneur in online communities, drinks gin at parties. In 2017, the pair realized that there was no real Hong Kong distilled spirit, nor any microdistilleries. They dreamed of drinking their own gin. After they decided, they went to Scotland's Strathearn Distillery for apprenticeship and got the guidance of Australia's Four Pillars Distillery chief Distillery. Nicholas received his Institute of Brewing and Distilling qualification at the same time.
In 2019, we set up a factory in Hong Kong. The two boys Nicholas and Jeremy were brave enough to establish Hong Kong Gin Anonymous - Hong Kong Distillery Co., LTD.
N.I.P. copper still was ordered from Christian Carl, a well-known German distillation equipment company, and took 16 months to design.
