Scapegrace Classic Gin is citrus and juniper enjoy prominence. Smooth but crisp on the palate. Long and flavour filled finish. Scapegrace is made from 12 botanicals; nature's wild apostles. Water, torn from the earth 80 years after it was hurled down on New Zealand's Southern Alps and made using a 19th century whisky still which was stumbled upon in a long abandoned shed.

Tasting Note

• Nose: Bright citrus balanced by almost festive notes of cinnamon and pine.
• Palate: Juniper really takes hold on the palate - big and bold with an oily touch to it. Cardamom, clove and cinnamon once again keep things enjoyably spicy.
• Finish: Lasting lemon and juniper, plus just a hint of liquorice.

香氣：明亮的柑橘，幾乎散發出喜慶的肉桂和松木香氣。
口感：大而大膽，帶有油膩感。小荳蔻，丁香和肉桂再次保持著辛辣。

A higher-strength variation on the Scapegrace Gin recipe, made in New Zealand using 13 botanicals, with some tangerine peels added to the mix for this one!

Tasting Note

• Nose: Rounded and nutty - the mixture of nutmeg spiciness and clove earthiness give it an almost coffee-esque feel! Fresh orange is in the mix too.
• Palate: Cassia and orris take centre stage, joined by lime, juniper and fennel in support. A core of spicy coriander.
• Finish: Orris once again and angelica last for a floral finish.
