  • 3塊薄荷葉
  • 15 ml 糖漿或糖水
  • 60 ml Nusa Cana Tropical Island Indonesian Rum冧酒
  • 23 ml 鮮榨青檸汁
  • Soda Water 梳打水
  • 裝飾: 薄荷小枝
  • 裝飾: 一片青檸


  1. 將薄荷和糖漿在搖壺中輕輕攪拌。
  2. 加入Rum冧酒鮮榨青檸汁和冰塊,搖壺中輕輕搖一
  3. 倒入加冰的高杯。
  4. 之後加入梳打水

About Mojito Cocktail Recipe 


  • 3 mint leaves
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 60 ml Nusa Cana Tropical Island Indonesian Rum
  • 23 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • Club soda, to top
  • Garnish: mint sprig
  • Garnish: lime wheel


  1. Lightly muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add the rum, lime juice and ice, and give it a brief shake.
  3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with the club soda.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.

Tasting Notes 

Nose: Generous notes of vibrant cane juice, banana, coconut and spice.

Palate: Opens with fresh cane and young coconut. White and black pepper spice, moving to mature dry wood, vanilla and toasted banana leaf.

Finish:  An astoundingly smooth finish with sructiure, body and lingering cane.
