The ÔSAS winery using innovative distillation technology is located in a village of La Rochefoucauld near the Cognac region of France. At the beginning, it used the production of Arcane French Rum as the main raw material. With the increase in sales and the reputation of winemaking quality, the two products of the beach house spiced rum and generous gin were set about.

It all started with a dream. A distiller’s dream. The dream of creating a spirit which would resemble a tree of life, creating the best flavor match that nature can offer in one single spirit. It was the idea of playing with aromas like playing the keys of a pipe organ. Or the vision of an extraordinary garden, a garden of Eden. 

Generous Gin - Organic Gin - A Gin of great freshness, lemony with an explosivity in the mouth. Some of them are produced by maceration, others by distillation, using exclusively traditional methods. This naturality can be clearly perceived in the tasting: the style is clear, the flavours are precised and well harmonised.

採用革新蒸餾技術的Ô de Vie SAS酒廠位於法國干邑區附近一處拉羅謝富科爾村莊（La Rochefoucauld），一開始是以生產Arcane French Rum為主。隨著銷售變大，製酒品質聲名遠播，便著手擘劃Beach House Spiced Rum與Generous Gin兩款產品。

這一切都始於夢想。釀酒師的夢想。創造一種類似於生命樹的精神，創造出自然界可以在一種單一精神中提供的最佳風味搭配的夢想。它的想法是像吹管風琴的琴鍵一樣散發香氣。或是異乎尋常的花園，即伊甸園的景象。

Generous Gin - Organic Gin 的口感極佳，帶有檸檬的口感。其中一些是通過浸漬法生產的，而另一些則是通過蒸餾完全使用傳統方法生產的。品嚐時可以清楚地感受到這種自然感：款式清晰，口味精確且協調一致。
