Applewood的高山琴酒由澳洲土生土長的杜松子原料釀成，帶著一款經典的樹脂味， 充滿活力，在其 20 种植物中展示了一些不寻常的本土风味，如沙漠酸橙、金合欢籽和薄荷树胶叶，再加上高海拔生長的柑橘以及苦橙，有一種古老的木質風味。

Applewood Gin comes to us from Australia, showcasing some unusual native flavours like desert lime, wattleseed, and peppermint gum leaf among its 20 botanicals – all sustainably farmed, mind. It'll be great in a Gimlet, though tonic water and a sprig of thyme will do very well, too!

香氣：新鮮的草本氣息。

口感：杜松子和檸檬香的清甜。

餘韻：新鮮薄荷和酸橙皮，仿佛感受到了澳大利亞山上的稀薄空氣。

Tasting Note：

Fresh and herby, with juniper and lemon balm leading into eucalyptus, fresh mint, and lime peel. A touch nutty, too.
