Swallowtail Spirits Distillery is located in Springfield, Oregon, not far from the McKenzie River. They started producing vodka back in November of 2014 under the license of another distillery. Due to our success, they decided to separate from them and open our own facility.
Currently, we produce a premium vodka, five flavored vodkas (Raspberry, Marionberry, Blackberry, Boysenberry & Apple Cider) and four styles of gin (Navy Strength, London Dry, American/Contemporary and a barrel aged version of gin aged with Oregon White Oak). Our products are currently available in over 100 Liquor stores in Oregon. We are adding more liquor stores each week. All of our products are blended using water from the famed McKenzie River, one of the cleanest rivers in the United States.
In the first eight months of operation as a licensed distillery, Swallowtail received eight international and national awards including Oregon Distillery of the Year from New York International Spirits Competition!
