    Delivery scope, time period and order cut-off time
    •  General delivery time: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 6 pm)
    • The cut-off time is before 2pm every day
    • The courier company will call the customer to make an appointment before delivery
      Special delivery service in the following areas
      • Tung Chung (delivery every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 12pm-4pm) 
        Ma Wan and Discovery Bay (delivery every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday4pm-10:30pm)
      • Airport, Expo Hall, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Disney, Lamma Island and other remote areas on outlying islandsAnd any restricted areas and areas where trucks are not allowed to enter, logistics warehouses, transit warehouses, warehouses that need to wait in line for pick-up or delivery, warehouses that need to pay gate fees or registration fees temporarilyThere is no delivery service.

        Special delivery service
          • For delivery addresses without elevator service, delivery service is limited to floors above the basement level.
            • If you have any special delivery requirements, please list them in the "Special Delivery Requirements" column on the "Delivery Time" page of the payment process, and the customer service will call you to make detailed arrangements and discuss the feasibility.
              • After placing the order, if there is any change to the delivery address or the selected delivery time, please notify us immediately so that we can make arrangements.
                • The company's door-to-door service does not include moving goods to the house. Therefore, if the items in the house are damaged during the transportation, the company will not be liable for any loss or damage.
                Pick-up service at the store
                • After placing the order, the customer chooses to pick up the goods at the store, and the pick-up period is from the day when the order is placed1Within months. If after repeated contact with the customer service department, the customer still fails to pick up the goods within the pick-up period, the company has the right to automatically cancel the order without prior notice, and no cancellation or refund will be accepted after the deadline.
                • Guests must provide an order confirmation email when picking up the goods to verify the content of the pick-up. Please confirm that the picked-up goods are correct before leaving.

                Pick up at more than 500 pick-up points
                • Pick-up points include: smart cabinets (by the way, Alfred smart cabinets), SF Service Center, Pickup points in each district。 
                Pickup point self-pickup procedure
                • The pick-up location is displayed on the checkout page
                • After the package arrives at the pick-up point, the customer will receive an SMS message sent by the courier company, please follow the instructions to pick up the package at the selected location
                • If the goods are not picked up 30 hours after the goods arrive in the smart cabinet, the dispatcher will collect the goods at any time.

                Special arrangements affected by inclement weather
                • The delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when we judge that the delivery is unsafe. Our company will contact you to change the delivery date.

                General matters

                • Mango Store Support multiple payment methods, including VISA card, MasterCard, American Express card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, all orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.     
                • The company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
                • In case of any dispute, the company's decision is final.
                • If necessary, we will charge a fee of $0.50 per plastic shopping bag in accordance with Hong Kong law.
