Del Maguey Santo Domingo Ablarradas Mezcal是墨西哥的頂級生產商Del Maguey的Mezcal，Santo Domingo Ablarradas Mezcal是經過燃木銅製蒸餾器蒸餾器中經過自然的發酵再蒸餾兩次而成的。Santo Domingo Ablarradas Mezcal帶有淡淡的香氣、大量幹柑橘味氣息，入口是熱帶水果的味道，帶有一點烤梨和鹽味的口感。

1. Nose - Notes of pear, hints of applewood smoke, a touch of pepper and citrus zest.

2. Palate - Cedar and potpourri notes, quite full-bodied with hints of Chipotle chillies and turmeric.

3. Finish -Long, clean finish with dry oak.
