Monkey 47 Barrel Cut is a dry gin with subtle fruity aromas and delicate and elegant sweetness that combine to provide an extremely intense and uniquely complex experience. They mature and refine this gin in traditionally made mulberry barrels. The barrels are lightly toasted inside before being filled, which adds a myriad of aromas to the aroma they emit.
