Porter’s built their own vacuum still, which distills botanicals at low temperatures, retaining their fresh, natural flavour. While working closely with the UK’s most respected gin distillers, Porter’s perfected the art of cold distilling botanicals.

A classic dry style of gin elevated by cold-distilled botanicals such as our buddha’s hand citron. It captures the bright, citrus notes from this fruit by distilling at low temperatures, preserving its natural flavour and fragrant aroma. Exceptionally well balanced, juniperled gin with a clean and smooth citrus profile that is designed for aperitifs, long drinks and refreshing highballs.
