Del Maguey Crema De Mezcall是墨西哥的頂級生產商Del Maguey的Mezcal，Crema De Mezcall是由80%的自家產品的San Luis del Rio Mezcal 和 20% 的純龍舌蘭糖漿混合而成，同樣經過龍舌蘭的燃木銅製蒸餾器中經過自然的發酵再蒸餾兩次而成的。除了龍舌蘭的香氣外，Crema De Mezcall具有香草和梨、杏仁、咖啡氣息，入口帶有菠蘿和甜橙的口感。

1. Nose - A rich, roasted nose of maguey plant, soft smoke, custard, hints of stewed apples, pears and pepper. A little smoked almond.

2. Palate - Tropical fruits on the palate; notes of guava, pineapple, a little coconut, and then fresh espresso, black pepper and mint.

3. Finish - Marmalade and sweet smoke on the finish.

1. 香氣 - 濃郁的烤馬蓋伊植物香氣、柔和的煙熏、奶油凍、燉蘋果、梨和胡椒的味道。少許煙熏杏仁。

2. 口感 - 味覺上有熱帶水果味；番石榴、菠蘿、一點椰子的味道，然後是新鮮的濃縮咖啡、黑胡椒和薄荷。

3. 完成- 果醬和甜煙味。
