Etsu Pacific Ocean Water 產自北海道的旭川蒸餾酒廠，這裡人口稀少，與海峽相隔，寧靜的環境是適合釀酒工程的好地方。釀造原料也用了山源的淡水，以及北海道的海水，與杜松子、甘草根、當歸、苦橙皮等精心挑選的植物一起釀製，最後設計了帶有海岸線的酒瓶，讓這款Etsu Pacific Ocean Water 隆重上線。

Delicious Japanese gin here from the Etsu range, with a rather intriguing ingredient making its way into this one – water from the Sea of Japan! Along with mountain source water, this expression also features a host of traditional botanicals like juniper, coriander, orange peel, angelica, and liquorice. Fascinating and fantastic.

香氣：濃郁的杜松子、芳香的柑橘、泥土香料。

口感：清脆爽口。

餘韻：由於加入了海水，也帶有一種碘的味道。整體柔軟、絲滑、易飲。
