Mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the age-old art of blending, we separate the botanicals in our gin into six different categories: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Floral and distil each category individually. Then we blend them in perfect balance and create the distinct KI NO BI flavour.

KI NO BI uses sake made from pure rice as the raw material for spirits. With the elegant and mellow taste of Japanese sake, KI NO BI has an excellent mellow and mellow flavor.
The water quality of Fushimi in Kyoto has been known for its pure texture, soft taste and sweet taste since ancient times.
Aroma: Citrus notes and light juniper berries
Taste: Balanced and supple, with a pronounced grapefruit scent, a touch of pepper and herbs lasting, and a long aftertaste

季之美以日本的米酒為基酒,用半年時間去挑選日本最優質嘅原料。採用11種來自日本不同季節草本植物及辛香料如京都老舖嘅玉露綠茶、柚子、檜木、山椒、檸檬皮等材料。再將分為 「柑橘」、「草本花香」、「香辛」等6大風味。蒸餾出六種不同風味的原酒,再最與京都著名泉水『伏見之水』調配出季之美。因使用了日本四季最好的材料故取名:季之美!
