Adnams Lemon & Tamarind gin is fruity, sophisticated and exotic. 

Tamarind is a leguminous tree which thrives in the tropical climates of Africa, India, Arabia and Asia. It produces seed pods that contain an edible sweet and sour pulp with a distinctive date-like aroma and flavour. Tamarind has been used as a culinary ingredient for centuries and it can frequently be found in Thai dishes. Adnams Head Distiller John McCarthy is very partial to a Thai curry (if anyone is offering!) and thought this exotic ingredient would work brilliantly in a gin.
